As your Wedding Officiant, I’m here to walk alongside you from the very beginning, taking the time to truly understand you, your unique love story, and your vision for the perfect ceremony.
With the help of easy-to-use online questionnaires, a personalized Wedding Workshop planning session, and access to your private online portal, we’ll work together to craft a ceremony that feels authentically you. Every detail—down to the exact wording—will reflect your love and your journey.
For a special touch inspired by our Canadian neighbors, you have the option to include the signing of your marriage license as a meaningful moment within the ceremony, allowing your guests to witness this pivotal part of your union.

Designed for couples planning a smaller, more intimate wedding or working with a shorter timeline, this package offers simplicity without sacrificing the magic of a meaningful ceremony.
You'll choose from a selection of beautifully crafted scripts, which I’ll personalize just for you—your love story will take center stage. To make it truly yours, I’ll provide a couple of easy questionnaires to get to know you, your vision, and all the important details about your big day.
Here’s what’s included:
A customized ceremony written with care and infused with your unique love story.
Professional officiation on your wedding day.
Filing of your marriage license in full compliance with Washington State laws.
What you’ll need:
Two witnesses to join you on your special day.
A valid marriage license ready to go at the ceremony.

Looking to make it official without the stress or expense of a large, formal wedding? Whether you're planning a no-fuss union or need to tie the knot before a big life event like military deployment, the Sign and Go Service is the perfect solution for couples who just want to focus on the essentials.
This package includes:
The legally required declaration and pronouncement.
Marriage license signing and prompt filing.
Hassle-free service—I'll even come to you!
No consultation is needed, making this a quick and easy way to say "I do."
Please Note: This is not a wedding ceremony—it’s strictly about making your marriage legal.
License Requirements:
A 3-day waiting period in Washington State.
2 witnesses must be present.
License must be used within 60 days of issuance.
The Sign and Go Service is here to help you take this important step effortlessly and stress-free!
Travel fees may apply.
Payment Information
Once you decide I am the right person to perform your ceremony, an invoice and contract will be emailed to you. You will read the contract, sign, and send it back to me. I will countersign the contract at that time. You will also receive an invoice for the full fee split into two payments. Once the retainer is paid, your date is secure on my calendar.
You will have the option to pay by credit card or debit card. This is payable through a secure payment portal on my client management system. I ask for 50% of the package fee as a non-refundable retainer. A second invoice will be sent for the remaining amount due two weeks before your wedding date.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not expected, but always appreciated.
General Payment Information
Payments online are processed via Credit/Debit cards
An autopay option is available to pay the 2nd invoice when it is due
Payments are mobile friendly
I do not accept checks
Refunds are issued the same way the payment was made whenever possible and can take 7-10 days to post to your account.
Your Story Nuptials does not assume any financial liability greater than the cost of services.
