Steps to Apply:
1️⃣ In-Person Applications
Visit Skagit County Auditor’s Office (M-F, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Address: 700 S. Second Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273
Pay the $64 marriage license fee (cash, money order, or cashier’s check).
Optional: Prepay $3 for a certified copy (mailed after processing).
2️⃣ Online Applications
Complete the online marriage application.
Both applicants must be present to pick up the license at the Auditor’s Recording Department.
