  • To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid as specified in your contract before the ceremony.

  • If full payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

2.2 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made by the client may not be eligible for a refund. Specific refund policies are outlined in your contract.

  • In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative officiant or issue a refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must obtain a valid marriage license in accordance with state and local laws. We are not responsible for verifying your legal eligibility to marry.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking services.

  • You understand that ceremonies may be recorded, photographed, or shared for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
